Celebs slagging off celebs

A church leader in America has dubbed Madonna a "witch" and hubby Guy Richie a "moral slug".

That's not very nice. Still they're not the first celebs to have taken a few insults, although normally celebs dish them out to each other. Remember any of these?

"He's a fat dancer from Take That. Somebody who danced for a living! Stick to what you're good at, that's what I always say." - Noel Gallagher gives Robbie Williams career advice

"He's an ****hole and I think every gay person with a brain cell found it hideously offensive to see Elton performing with him. It's like me singing with Pol Pot." Boy George goes for Eminem and then Sir Elton John.

"George is in a strange place. There seems to be a deep-rooted unhappiness in his life and it shows on the album. All I would say to George is: you should get out more." Sir Elton's 'advice' for George Michael.

But George retorts: "To this day, most of what Elton thinks he knows about my life is pretty much limited to the gossip he hears on what you would call the `gay grapevine'."

"Sleeping with George Michael would be like having sex with a groundhog." Boy George gets in on the act.

"He looks like a dwarf who's been dipped in a bucket of pubic hair." And Boy George has a word for Prince too.

"Who wants to watch her wailing in self-pity about her druggie past? Not me, thanks very much." Jordan's not impressed with Sophie Anderton on I'm A Celebrity.

"She's got a face like a satellite dish and ankles like my granny's." Robbie Williams' damning assessment of Sophie Ellis Bextor. The pop princess had before turned down the chance to tour with the Robster.

"I did consider saying my boyfriend plays for Man City and that we have a kid called Chiswick or something," Sophie Ellis Bextor belittles Posh Spice for taking hubby David Beckham on a promotional tour.

"She's selfish. I did like her but you'll see in my book exactly why I don't like her now. I think she's an evil, conniving little cow. There's a certain situation and people will shortly see what a bitch she was." Jordan also has a few choice words for Mrs Beckham.

"Who Let The Dogs Out?" Mrs Becks reportedly sings out the lyrics as Jordan enters the Man Utd players' lounge.
