Williams relishes 'superhero' anonymity

Quoted from: http://www.contactmusic.com

'British pop star ROBBIE WILLIAMS felt like comic book superhero BATMAN when he revealed his identity to an unsuspecting date in America.
The ANGELS hitmaker, whose legendary gigs at Knebworth, England, saw him perform in front of a staggering 375,000 fans, can pass relatively unnoticed in the US.
But one clueless girl who fell for the star's charm quickly learned the truth when he showed her a DVD of one of the Knebworth shows.
Williams says, "It blew her mind, it was brilliant. I was like BRUCE WAYNE when he says to his lady, 'I'm Batman.'
"Then I said to her: 'Now you know my secret, I must kill you.'"
Williams, currently single after being linked to a string of beauties including former ALL SAINT NICOLE APPLETON and New Zealander model RACHEL HUNTER, is enjoying casual dating.
He says, "I know true love's going to happen sometime so I might as well keep having a laugh.
"It's good to get my boots on and have a knock about."
