400g - cod filets
6 tablespoons fresh Herbes de Provence mixture - finely chopped
3 tablespoons flour
1 egg - beaten
2 tablespoons milk
100g bread crumbs
Salt
Pepper
Oil

For the Aioli
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 lime - juice and zest
1-2 garlic cloves - mashed'
