AMSTERDAM - Dozens of Robbie Williams fans are heavily disappointed in the internet action of T-mobile. On a forum can be read that they feel 'misled' and 'cheated'. Via the action tickets could be won for the concert of Robbie Williams.

Via an online game participants had to take 3 sharp pictures. If they succeeded, the happy winner immediately received a text onscreen that said that he or she had won two tickets: "Congratulations! You have won two tickets, you will be called wednesday 5 october." There was no info which concert it concerned. This is what the fans are very angry about now.

The fans claim that it was suggested on the T-mobile site that it concerned tickets of the exclusive concert on wednesday evening in Paradiso. The winners however now receive tickets for the Heineken Music Hall, on which the fans can see the concert on a big live screen that the Brittish popstar will give coming sunday in Berlin.

" Well jottem, I was looking forward to this already from fridaynight on. I also didnt join with other contests, I was already so happy that this saved me from a very high phonebill, and also I didnt go to Amsterdam on sunday morning to get tickets anymore. What a total bummer. I could scream! ", according to an angry fan.

The following text was on the T-mobile site:

"Before he will give a concert in Berling for the occasion of this new album, Robbie Williams surprises The Netherlands with a very exclusive performance. Just 1.000 fans can watch Robbie from very nearby and can enjoy as one of the first his new album 'Intensive Care'. And you can be there! T-mobile has tickets for this exclusive concert and you can win those!'
T-mobile is sorry that they could not make a number of participants happy with tickets for the exclusive concert on wednesday evening: "We are ofcourse very sorry that we could not reward a number of participants of the internet action with tickets for the concert of Robbie Williams tonight in Paradiso and we can imagine their disappointment. There could only be won 4 x 2 Paradiso tickets, but because of the huge interest we decided to make more people happy and to give extra prices away as an alternative. These people were offered poodle price tickets for the live streaming concert in the Heineken Music Hall on 9 october'. '
