Some of Britain's biggest global stars have taken part in a Unicef campaign for the child victims of HIV/Aids. (Pic: Unicef.org.uk/aids).
David Beckham, Robbie Williams and Roger Moore are three of the stars who have given their support to the fight.
One child dies and four children lose a parent to Aids-related diseases every minute of every day.
In 2004 alone 600,000 children were born HIV-positive.
Already an estimated 15 million children have been orphaned by HIV/Aids.
