SOMEONE must have a word with Robbie Williams's doctors - because his happy pills clearly aren't working.
The miserable millionaire has already disappointed legions of Take That fans by refusing to commit himself to a reunion.
And now we can reveal the pop saddo - who blamed anti-depressants for making his weight balloon - has banned ITV bosses from screening any part of his performance at the Beckhams' pre-World Cup charidee bash this weekend.
Guests including the England squad, Liz Hurley and Gordon Ramsay are happy to feature on the show, being screened on ITV1. But the singer is refusing to sign release forms to allow them to broadcast his set - including a duet with godfather of soul James Brown that's bound to be a highlight of the night.
An insider tells us: "Everyone involved has been so positive until now. There was disbelief when word came from Robbie's aides. No one can understand why he's being such a misery-guts about the whole thing.
"James Brown's an international superstar, far more famous than Robbie, and he's happy to be filmed, so what's Robbie's problem?" Last week LA-based Williams, 32, revealed he only agreed to turn up to Sunday's Full Length and Fabulous Ball after receiving a "begging" letter from Posh and Becks. And he insisted on performing Angels.
He said: "You don't get Robbie without Angels. I was supposed to be doing three songs, but they've got me playing for an hour now.
"I don't usually do things like this party, but I did get a letter from a young girl called Victoria.
"She said she had a husband called David who's very stressed at the moment because he had some important work coming up over the summer. I just thought: 'Why not? He could probably do with a bit of live Angels in his life.'"
It's yet another blow for David and Victoria as they work to organise the star-studded bash at their Hertfordshire mansion, Beckingham Palace.
First Prince Charles and Camilla couldn't come. Then Wayne Rooney and fiancee Coleen McLoughlin had other commitments. Not even superstar pal Sir Elton John will be able to make the bash in aid of the United Nations Children's Fund. He has a prearranged party in the South of France.
Guests who do get to the bash will have the time of their lives. As well as a charity auction featuring £1million worth of jewels from Aspreys the couple are lining up Dita Von Teese to do a stripteese.
Yesterday Robbie's spokesman said: "No comment".
We're more than happy to pop along.'
