ROBBIE WILLIAMS has taken up yoga - to help him get fit for a Soccer Aid match next month.
And the 32-year-old singer has become so supple that he can even do head-stands.
He turned to yoga after a groin injury threatened his chance of playing in the ITV game for UNICEF at Old Trafford on May 27.
A source said: "There's no way he wants to miss captaining the England team."
