Impulses to stimulate official RW chat

Recently, emails and lists of chatters have been circulating amongst the RW community in an attempt to stimulate the opening of an official RW chat. However, the number of chatters in chatrooms of RW related sites has been dropped to virtually zero, which may negatively influence the official website webmasters in their descision to re-open an official RW chat.
